- The present structure and practice in place at Lewis Bros will ensure that the performance of the service will be diligent, proper, skilful, efficient, and carried out in a professional manner.
- The quality of equipment, products and services will be monitored on a daily basis by our Operations Manager to ensure that practice meets the Lewis Bros standard so that we can exceed expectations of customers visiting events and visitor attractions. This applies to all locations, vehicles and employees. We aim to provide a service which will encourage potential visitors to become actual visitors to attractions and events we service.

- All staff involved in the manufacture, storage and service of food have a basic food hygiene certificate/qualification.
- They have competent communication skills and are quick and efficient.
- The confidence we hold in our staff reflects their experience and training. All have been inducted for at least 1 month in the Lewis Bros standard for food service, including ice cream and hot food.
- During the induction period staff have been supervised and mentored by more experienced staff as part of paired service. Only those staff that we feel have good customer service skills and who have proved themselves to be competent, skilled and honest are retained.
- Staff are instructed about their practice regularly by the Operations Manager and the duties that employees perform as part of their work is supervised both on and off site.
- Service staff are always well presented and will wear the Lewis Bros uniform with name badges if necessary.
- Service staff on vehicles are well versed in the rules, procedures for health and safety including fire risks and precautions.Our staff have always worked in harmony with council staff causing minimal disruption to the routine and procedures of the Council staff and in no way reduces the experience of visitors to the parks we service.
- We are committed to health and safety and health and safety procedures are regularly drawn to our employees. We are pleased to comply with the Councils' health and safety policies.
- Whilst at any location, it is our practice to ensure that our vehicles are adequately staffed, that our opening and closing times are specific and that our pricing structure is clearly visible on serving windows and strictly adhered to.
- The surrounding environment around our vehicles is always maintained in a clean and tidy manner. We can provide our own temporary bins for the duration of the daily service and any litter in the areas of the vehicles is picked up by our staff.
