Gelato di Parma is inspired by a traditional home-made recipe created in the Apennine Mountains in the village of Setterone, close to Monte Penna, between the Italian cities of Genova and Parma. Here ice from the peaks was used to create the ice cream using fresh milk and fruit from the countryside of this beautiful region.
Sandro Manfredi of Lewis Bros has proudly recreated these delicious ice cream flavours just for you. Gelato di Parma is made using the finest ingredients and natural flavourings to a 100 year old recipe.
